Harvest Trial 2022 – Results

Hi All

Hope you enjoyed your day.  Sections harder than anticipated so scores rather high.  Unfortunately two section were not covered by observers some of the time and there were different interpretations of the route so some scores may not be consistent.  However we can only take what is on the card.

Thanks to the members who worked hard laying out the sections and the observers  for ther support.

Unfortunately Brian Neale took a tumble and has damaged his shoulder.  At present he is undergoing tests and treatment at Hospital and we hope it is nothing too serious.  Thanks to Chas Lee who gave up his ride to take Brian to hospital.

Hi All

Entries are now open for the Harvest Trial on Sunday 4th September at Ley Rectory Farm, Lt Abington (online entries only). Online Entries

This is an open event for which I am Clerk of the Course.  This gives Nick, Dale and Simon, who have run closed to club events a chance to ride.  As I am not too mobile these days I will need commited help to clear and lay out the sections on the Saturday (3rd).  Please let me know if you will be available as I am sure there will be a lot of clearance to do.

If this very dry weather persists, and I sincerely hope it doen’t, there is a possibility that fire risk will prevent the event taking place, if so all entries will be refunded so don’t be put off entering now.  OBSERVERS will also be needed please.
